The Presto 01781 23-quart pressure canner is built for safe home canning of vegetables, meats, poultry, seafood, and other low-acid foods. Made from heavy-gauge, warp-resistant aluminum, it provides fast, even heating and long-lasting durability.

The deluxe dial pressure gauge accurately displays the full range of processing pressures, while the air vent and cover lock safety system allows pressure to build only when the lid is properly secured. Compatible with electric, smooth-top, and gas ranges.

This large 23-quart capacity canner holds 7 quart jars, 20 pint jars, or 24 half-pint jars, making it ideal for bulk food preservation.
