Returns Warranty Shipping

All of us at AIH appreciate your business! Our goal is to make your shopping experience exceptional.

If not satisfied with an item you ordered within the last 30 days, AIH will provide an exchange or refund (excluding shipping charges). If your return is a result of an AIH error, your shipping charges will also be refunded.

A restocking fee may apply to some items returned to AIH. All returns must be in saleable condition to qualify for return. Saleable condition is defined as unused items in the original, undamaged packaging and in as-new condition with proof of purchase from AIH. Dated/Shelf Life items are not returnable in most situations. Products sold on a “Final Sale” or “As Is” basis cannot be returned.

Returns can be made at any AIH location with proof of purchase.

If you wish to mail your return, it must be accompanied by a Return Materials Authorization Number (RMA). You can request an RMA number online through AIH.com or by calling 907-276-7201.

Sign in to your AIH.com account and select “Orders” from the MyAccount
drop-down menu.
Locate your desired order or click the “Search Orders” button to search by number or completed status. The order must indicate “Completed” to request a return. Open the order, scroll down and select the “Request Return (RMA)” button.
Click the order number in the first column to go to the Order Details page. Scroll down to the bottom and click the “Request Return (RMA)” button.
For each item you would like to return, add the quantity and choose a reason for the return from the drop-down menu. Please add detailed notes on why you are returning the item(s).
Click the red “Send Return Request” button.

Once approved, instructions for returning item(s) will be emailed to the address associated with the user who requested the RMA.

WARRANTY POLICY

AIH makes no warranty to customer under this contract and expressly disclaims any and all warranties, implied or expressed, including, without limitation, any warranty of merchantability, non-infringement or fitness for any particular purpose, and any warranties arising from course of dealing or using of trade.

AIH shall assign to Customer the standard published limited warranties of the manufacturer of the Product/Services sold by Seller to Customer as in effect on the date of delivery of such Products to the extent permitted by such warranties and applicable law. The remedy set forth in such warranties is Customer’s exclusive remedy for any breach of warranty or deficiency in the Products/Services furnished by the Seller. All claims under such published limited warranties must be made by Customer directly to the manufacturer of the Product, and not the Seller. Any description of Product sold or provided by AIH, whether in writing or made orally by AIH or its employees or agents, and any samples, specifications, bulletins, catalogs, drawings, diagrams, or similar materials used in connection with AIH’s sales efforts or Customer’s orders, are for the sole purpose of identifying the Product and shall not be construed as an express warranty. AIH is not responsible for Customer’s use of the Product ordered by Customer from AIH.

Seller warrants that goods to be supplied hereunder will conform to the description on the fact hereof; that Seller will convey goods title thereto; and that such goods will be delivered free of any lawful security interest or other lien or encumbrance unknown to Buyer. If the manufacturer(s) of the goods hereby purchased and sold extends any warranties in respect thereto, then Seller hereby assigns, to the extent assignable, to Buyer, solely for the purpose of making and prosecuting any warranty claims in respect thereto, all of the rights, if any, which Seller may have against the manufacturer(s) of the goods for breach of warranty or other representation in respect to such goods. Seller will also furnish Buyer reasonable assistance in prosecuting any such claim.

Seller makes no warranty that the goods shall be merchantable or fit for any particular purpose. Seller makes no warranty, expressed, implied or statutory, except as is expressly set forth herein.

Seller's liability and Buyer's exclusive remedy for breach of the above stated warranty shall be expressly limited to Seller's choice of (a) the repair of defective goods, F.O.B. Seller's or its supplier's facility, (b) the replacement thereof of any of the goods proven defective in material or workmanship with conforming goods at Seller's or its supplier's facility, or (c) the repayment of the purchase price allocable to the defective goods. Repayment of the purchase price therefore will be made only upon return of the defective goods which may be returned at the cost of Seller only upon prior inspection by Seller and in accordance with the shipping instructions of Seller. The choice of these remedies shall be at the sole discretion of Seller. Before any obligation arises under this warranty, Seller shall have the right to inspect the goods on site or at its plant, freight prepaid, to determine if it has any liability under the aforementioned terms. IT IS EXPRESSLY AGREED THAT UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES WILL SELLER BE RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY OTHER DAMAGES INCLUDING CONSEQUENTIAL, INCIDENTAL OR SPECIAL DAMAGES OR LOSS OF PROFITS OF ANY KIND. The total liability of Seller on any claim, whether in contract, tort (including negligence), or otherwise, arising out of, connected with, or resulting from the manufacture, sale, delivery, resale, repair, replacement, or use of any goods will not exceed the price allocable to the goods or any part thereof which gives rise to the claim. The total liability of Seller is limited to repair, replacement or refund, as expressly agreed and set out herein. Buyer is responsible for seeing that goods returned are property packed.

Seller’s recommendations or instructions as to the use of any product, including its use alone or in combination with other products, are based upon information believed to be reliable, but seller makes no warranty or guarantee of results and assumes no obligations or liabilities with respect thereto. Seller assumes no responsibility for any assembly into which seller’s product is incorporated as a component product or part. Buyer shall be responsible for designing and conducting all testing to determine whether any product is appropriate for its application. Any recommendations or instructions from seller are not intended to suggest operations that would infringe or not infringe, as the case may be, any patents belong to third parties, and seller assumes no liability or responsibility for infringement of any such patents. Seller may, without liability to buyer of any kind, decline to continue deliveries of any product that the manufacture, sale or use of which, in seller's opinion, would infringe any such patent now or hereafter issued. in that connection, seller recommends that buyer test all new samples and applications under simulated or actual end-use conditions to ensure the sample provided meets or exceeds all required product specifications. Because actual use conditions may be critical to overall performance, it is recommended that testing be performed on the assembled parts under simulated or actual product assembly conditions.

Shipping Policy

Shipping: We ship to customers within Alaska. Customers are responsible for shipping charges for direct ship items. We also ship to our local stores from our distribution center at no additional costs to the customer, will call pick up. Special Order Items: Customer is responsible for all shipping costs.

AIH.com cannot calculate shipping costs for all products and shipping groups:

We want to calculate shipping costs for as many products as possible, but there are some scenarios where we are unable to do so. See below for an explanation of why we cannot offer shipping costs on our website for some products.

Exception group – products fall into this group because we do not have either the weight or dimensions for the item and are unable to calculate shipping costs until the product is actually shipped. The reason is that many of these products are not stocked in our warehouses and will ship separately anyway, but we want to be able to quote freight on as many items as we can. We have an ongoing project to collect the weight and dimensions of all items sold on our website.

Note: If one or more of your shipments indicate shipping charges cannot be calculated and you must know shipping costs before shipment, please make note of this in the "Order Notes" section on the payment page of checkout. An order note will trigger our customer service team to call you with your order total and shipping costs before your order ships out.
